Peregrine offers a web-based, software product that integrates energy data with building characteristics to provide building (and portfolio) owners, operators, and managers with the information they need to understand and manage energy (and water) use and costs.

The Peregrine EnergyInsight Service (EIS) enables our clients to track expenses and create reports and budgets, target priorities for investment, develop baselines and monitor or verify energy and water use, benchmark performance and tag deviations for prompt response.

The Peregrine EIS also reports greenhouse gas emissions related to energy use and tracks emission reductions. It enables clients to analyze the impact of on-site renewable generation on their overall electricity consumption and on their purchases of electricity over the grid.

For the MA Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, collecting electricity usage data for all state electricity accounts and reporting electricity use and associated greenhouse gas emissions.
For the Boston Housing Authority, developing and populating an energy database for the Authority’s 12,000 apartments and 4,000 utility accounts.
For the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts collecting and reporting utility data and provide building performance information for all departments.
