• For a private college, Peregrine developed a campus energy strategy and set up a web-based utility information system for ongoing utility tracking and management and building performance benchmarking.
• Peregrine serves as an “owner’s agent” for several large energy users, guiding them through the process of contracting with an energy services company.
• For Lincoln, MA, Peregrine developed strategic energy plans for the library and public schools and developed efficiency guidelines for new construction.
