Peregrine’s staff bring their experience to bear to assist clients with design and construction of individual projects that incorporate renewable technology, advanced energy efficiency, and other green design features.

• For the LEED-certifiable Maverick Landing affordable housing project in East Boston, served as Green Consultant, facilitating the installation of on-site generation.
• For Neighborworks America, a national organization established by Congress to support non-profit housing developers and managers, Peregrine conducted energy management training workshops for property directors and facility managers in Boston, Albany, Baltimore, and St. Louis. Peregrine is also performing energy benchmarking of properties within and across regions and developing Energy Action Plans for portfolios and targeted properties.
• Developed and managed the Rebuild Boston Energy Initiative, a 5-year program to improve energy efficiency in affordable housing and publicly supported buildings. Rebuild Boston received the Rebuild America Partnership of the Year award from the US Department of Energy in 2001.
