Peregrine has been at the forefront of introducing and supporting renewable energy projects.
- For the Clean Energy States Alliance, Peregrine developed the first national database of renewable energy projects supported by state clean energy funds. The database enables the funds to assess the cumulative impact of their activities and to assess program effectiveness.
- Peregrine manages the Solar Energy Business Association of New England (SEBANE) a business association of solar energy companies doing business in New England. Under Peregrine’s management, the association has quadrupled in size and helped to shape state energy policy on issues such as net metering, standby rates, renewable energy programs, and the renewable portfolio standard.
- For Minuteman Wind LLC, Peregrine developed and executed plans for community outreach and planning to identify and address siting issues and concerns of local and regional stakeholders.
- For a variety of government and nonprofit clients, Peregrine has developed white papers on topics such as building solar energy markets, fostering solar energy and advanced energy efficiency in affordable housing, energy efficiency policy, and the impact of standby rates on on-site clean energy projects.
